Our Department was honored to have four faculty invited to participate in the 5th Congress of the Confederation of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck, held from June 29 - July 3, 2019, in Brussels, Belgium.  Drs. Ashutosh Kacker, Lucian Sulica, Maria Suurna, and Michael Stewart all participated in multiple roles - as Panelists, Panel Moderators, Speakers, and Instruction Course faculty.  Pictures and additional stories will follow soon.

Dr. Maria Suurna, who serves as Regional Advisor for Europe for the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (AAOHNS), helped organize a joint meeting of the American Academy of Oto-HNS and the German ENT Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur HNO), in Berlin, Germany from May 29-June 1, 2019.

There were several joint American-German panels and presentations, and the joint portions of the meeting were well-received by both groups.
